Welcome to Cherished Pets, a compassionate institution located in Ocean Grove, Australia. At Cherished Pets, we have developed a heartfelt and committed home euthanasia service to ensure that pets can peacefully leave this life in the comfort of their familiar environment, surrounded by their loved ones, and free from stress or pain.

Death is an inevitable part of life, and at Cherished Pets, we embrace it. In fact, supporting pets and their owners through the end of life is a fundamental part of our purpose. Through our end of pet life service, we provide guidance and care to individuals whose pets are in their final stages of life. Whether it is a terminal illness or the challenges of old age, our dedicated team conducts quality of life assessments to create personalized home-based pet care plans. Our goal is to ensure that pets are comfortable and pain-free during their final days, weeks, and months. We offer home hospice pet care and assist individuals in preparing for their pet's passing.

The past year has presented numerous challenges for our community, compounded by the ongoing disruptions caused by the COVID pandemic. Many individuals and their pets are facing personal crises. Each day brings different requests for help, and we understand that every pet, human, and circumstance is unique. However, our groundbreaking Veterinary Social Work (VSW) service consistently responds to these inquiries and requests, providing professional support and innovative solutions.
