"I found Dr Daniels to be amazing, however, this level of service was sadly let down by his receptionist. A simple request to change a script to a more affordable option was met with roadblock after roadblock! Just a suggestion for future interactions, instead of - 'we can't email it, ok, we can email it, but you have to ring back with the email, I don't know when it can be done, he won't be able to do it today, it won't be done till Monday'! Please try - 'yes of course we can email it, which pharmacy & I'll look up the email address if you don't have it, we'll certainly try our best to get it done as soon as possible, how about I give you a call as soon as it's done?' Just basic customer service & willingness to help not hinder! Always happy to help with some customer service training."
