Kylie's K9 Country Retreat 25 Alkoomie Place, Wilton, New South Wales 2571

"I wish I could give no stars. My two puppies returned with issues and then had those issues blamed on my puppies. They were not allowed to interact with other dogs which I was only notified of on the day of pick up. As well as being notified of bites on my puppies head and mouth and ears (vet assessed as horse fly bites) bleeding and scabbing. Both puppies had sneezing and my male puppy had marks on his belly as well as a rash. Kylie blamed my male puppy for attacking my female puppy for the bites which has never happened before. Her professionalism was non existent and my dogs were starving when we left and very unsettled they did not approach Kylie or her staff at all with any affection which made me believe they were not taken care of. I have used Kylie in the past for my puppies father who passed away in a house fire not long ago and explained that they would need extra love and care as she did previously 2 years ago for Money my male dog and their dad. I am extremely disappointed in the way Kylie handled my complaints I will be sending my vet bills to her and disputing my charges for the stay as the service expected was not delivered at all. They did not go bathroom for 2 days and have been sneezing ever since they left. They were dropped of to Kylie in perfect health with no issues at all and now are both on antibiotics as well as creams for there scabs and rashes and bites. Kylie has lost sight and touch of why she started. I will make sure I get my money back as well and advise anyone planning on sending their puppies or loved pets here to seriously reconsider. I will now be taking my babies to Hanrob instead where they will be loved and cared for as if I were looking after them myself. I will post pics of my puppies and videos. This is just my first review Kylie knows there is more to come. For legal reasons I cannot post our text messages but you will see my same complaints and reviews on her Facebook page. Absolutely disappointed and disgusted with Kylie K9s. It cost me $1200 for 1 week for both puppies and they've come back sick injured and traumatized more by her lack of care and treatment. If you want more details reply to my review. Never again will I allow my babies to suffer alone like they did at Kylie's. Promise and and Sargent deserved better and you know it."

"I recently boarded my 8yr old labrador at Kylie's K9 Retreat. As a result of back issues and recent leg surgeries she required extra care which included sessions in the hydro therapy pool. I was very impressed with the overall care that she received, the communication and the feeback I received regarding her progress. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and caring. I would have no hesitation in leaving Bella there at any time."

"Great place to leave your beloved pooch. Situated on a beautiful property just outside of Wilton. Very convenient for us as we live in the Southern Highlands as most times we are heading into the city and drop our 18 month old Kelpie, Morgan, off on the way. He is always so excited to get there. The staff are wonderful and clearly love all the doggies they take care of. It makes our time away so much more relaxing because we have peace of mind knowing that our little dog is being well looked after. Have been taking him there since he was about 5 months old and wouldn't consider anywhere else."
