"I just really wanted to express how great I think the staff are, with a special mention for Koby & Jana. The we they handled a group of 3-4 year olds, plus a little girl who I think was a first time swimmer who didn’t want to be there and was screaming the place down. They persevered with her in such a gentle way all while still providing the skill and attention needed for the rest is the class, and by half way through the lesson, the little girl had stopped screaming and was enjoying herself! I was just so impressed. I’ve always thought they were great swim teachers but witnessing how they handled that situation was just a whole new level of impressive! Well done to them both and to Northern Stars for employing such great people. I feel so happy and confident having my son enrolled with you."
