Al Mitchell himself has been a professional tattoo artist since 1989 and has been serving the Illawarra community since 2000. Over the years, he has been joined by his talented sons, Dylan and Kyle, creating a family-owned and operated studio.
At Classic Tattoo, we pride ourselves on being pioneers in the industry. We were the first studio in the Illawarra to introduce laser tattoo removal, a service now operated by Kim Mitchell inside our premises. With almost 10 years of experience, Kim is a master technician in removing and lightening unwanted tattoos. So, whether you're looking to get a new tattoo or remove an old one, we have you covered.
Our crew of artists at Classic Tattoo is incredibly talented and diverse. From fine line work to black and grey, realism to traditional, and even Japanese styles, our artists excel in a wide range of tattooing techniques. Each artist has their own unique style and approach, ensuring that we can cater to all your tattooing preferences.
In addition to our exceptional tattoo services, we also offer professional tattoo removal and lightening. Established in 2014, our laser tattoo removal service is trusted by countless clients who seek to erase or modify their existing tattoos.
You can visit us from Monday to Friday between 10am and 5pm, and on Saturdays from 10am to 4pm.
