"If you know what is good for you and your household, you would avoid using these movers at ALL COST! First of all they’re overpriced compared to other movers and you would think their price equates to the service but not with these guys. The main item (the medium fridge) that I paid to be moved upstairs in the first place was not moved. They did not even attempt with 3 men. They said “nah not doing that” and left it by the door. They made all these claims that it’s not possible to move the fridge. I called their team and they were no help and told me there was nothing they could do. Not even a partial refund. $2,300 down the drain for a moving company that can’t move stuff. My friend found a better company for significantly less that (2 guys) moved the fridge like it was nothing with not scratches or damages."

"We paid over $6,000 to move our belongings interstate and our TV no longer works (huge line runs through the middle of the screen), my desk has two big holes (top AND bottom), we are missing washing machine hose (drum is empty), vacuum hose, microwave, among other small bits and pieces. Guys were nice enough, and the service is friendly - but for the amount you pay here, you may as well get a cheaper service + up your movers insurance."
