"Outstanding customer service I got from this shop today. I wanted to deliver flowers for someone’s Birthday today but found out they dont do deliveries on sunday. However a very kind lady offered to drop it off after work. Its rare to find shops that would go out of their way to satisfy their customers. Truly happy with my purchase. The recipient of the flowers absolutely loved the flower arrangement too. Totally recommend this shop to everyone. Will definitely shop flowers herw from now on ❤️"

"The Flowers are lovely when they eventually arrive. Would suggest going into the store instead of ordering online. Guessing they have issues with the online store ,telephone line and email as it was very difficult to reach someone to find out my order had someone been missed and not delivered. Probably okay to deal with in store but connections outside of that seem to have issues."

"This place was really nice the flowers were fresh and colourful. The lady that served me was very pleasant and friendly. I got a bunch of flowers made for me the pricing was reasonable and she catered to my needs quite well. I wanted red and white flowers and I helped picked them in what I wanted she delivered excellent customer service. The store was clean and fresh the lighting was good and the displays of flowers were well organised. I loved the shop and the overall experience was excellent. 5 stars!"
