"Poppy's has twice now delivered flowers to the wrong address. First time was when I sent flower to a friend after their wife had passed away. He received the flowers two days after delivery date when his neighbour, two doors up, got back from a trip away & bought the flowers down to him, half dead because they weren't in water & it was summer. This time... Got the street right but the house number wrong. Even when it is printed clearly on the the card. I was the recipient of a beautiful bunch of flowers from my work colleagues & they were delivered to house number 46 when ours is number 40. The 40 was very clearly written on the card & we have two number 40's on our property. One very clear on our front fence & one very clear on our house. It was lucky my partner saw the Poppy's delivery van slow down & drive by & stop 3 doors up & take the flowers in. Knowing that Poppy's is the florist of choice for our work, she decided to walk up to number 46 & check out the flowers left at the door & sure enough they were mine... Please try & do better with the your deliveries. No complaints about the flowers. They are lovely."
