"I had such high expectations because I had heard such amazing things about this florist, however I was so disappointed. Florals are not cheap, and you when you outlay that kind of money you expect them to be fresh and beautiful.. as they were assembling the arbour in the morning of our event, I had my family members comment on how they already looked dry and wilted. It is evident that the florals were not fresh at all. I understand that throughout the day they will wilt due to the effects of the environment however not on arrival. To make matters worse the setup did not match my inspiration photos. I feel that there was no care and attention put into our setup."
