"Terrible. Arranged a booking for a customer with 2 hours notice, called to check on the taxi when they were 15 mins late advised the taxi was in Geelong and wouldn’t be picking us up. No contact, no consideration. Really disposing waste your time."

"Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the booking agent, Chris. My elderly parents who book multiple times a week with this firm were told their booking wasn't as high priority as their regular clients. One is recently out of surgery, and when speaking to Chris to ask why they couldn't book a taxi, he swore and hung up on them, leaving them in the middle of a park in the rain. I ended up having to leave a meeting in an Uber to come and get them. Even if you 'get a car with Geelong Taxis then if you need it so bad' as Chris told them, the 2k ride is never enough for drivers to bother with. This is why people are going with Uber."
"Disgusting. Use the other cab co. These guys may or may not pick you up, depending if they have finished for the day! Daughter waited for a ride for 6.15pm that was booked at 4.30pm, never showed up and didn't call to advise! What if it was 2am and needed a ride home - sorry we have finished- your a TAXI COMPANY!!"
