"I have just read the review that was posted a week ago and I have to say I disagree with everything that has been written. I have been going to Victor for 15 years and in that time he has gone above and beyond the duties of a GP and an example of this is when he was reviewing some tests that I had to have and he rang me on a Saturday morning to let me know that he had discussed the results with Doctors at University Hospital and I was to see them straight away so my treatment could begin. Victor also took care of my mother with compassion and understanding and everything was explained to her in detail about her health. I would have no hesitation in recommending this medical practice to my family and friends because the staff Victor, Natasha and Bindi always make feel welcomed and nothing is too much trouble."
"Hopeless. He doesnt listen, is bad tempered and arrogant. Would you want to invest your health in a gp who is to self opinionated and arrogant to say hello to you in the street. He gets you addicted to tablets to suit himself financially. Nice guy? I asked him for a referral to see a specialist at the Geelong hospital. My referral was cancelled because he failed as a gp to provide my phone number and information concerning an x Ray to outpatients, thus my referral was rejected wasting 3 months of my time and my money. The hospital tried to contact him but he would not respond. This was the last straw. The moral of this story is be careful of GPS who work for themselves. They can be dangerous. I will now be transfering over to a medical clinic to select a competent doctor. I went to Victor because he was close to where I live. Big mistake! Select the best doctor you can because you want nothing to slip. It could cost you your life."
"We are Patient from long time with Dr Victor I took my Son few time to see him ..Dr Always in hurry even no custmor in waiting Room. its Doctor Responsbility to See the Patient at least 10-15 mins But He was so Rude to My son and walk out his room with in 5mins Didn't listen properly and said come Next time . This kind of Behaviour is not Acceptable.......!"
