"Fantastic caravan park with excellent amenities. Large sites for caravan, allowing awnings to be out, with your car parked alongside your caravan. Close to local shops and major shopping centre. Will return again."
"Spacious layout - a nice amount of space for each caravan site. Clean facilities: 2 amenities blocks, laundry and a great camp kitchen (BYO utensils, pots etc) with kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge & gas cooktop. (I can’t remember if there was an oven) Outdoor covered seating and BBQ area next to kitchen. Right next to the beach. Waves on the ocean side, calm fishing waters on the bridge side. Pelicans and seals as well as cormorants, ibises and seagulls when I was there (June) Very friendly staff."
"Very clean well maintained lovely park really looking forward to spending New Year's stay down there good fishing and swimming for the whole family lake at one side beach ⛱ at the other side beautiful place"
"Beautiful spot for the family to holiday! Weather wasn't great but we can't control that can we?! Still had a lovely time. Full self contained cabin with 2 bedrooms, separate toilet with mini sink and bathroom. Could of used some extra towels for our bigger family. Great mini getaway for us!"
"Haven't stayed in a caravan park cabin for a while and I can see why. The cabin we stayed in was nice, and I can see that they are made to be cleaned efficiently. There was nothing homely about the place with the supplies in the kitchen not giving us much freedom to cook. There were only a few utensils, a tiny frying pan and a few pots. The utensils were only metal, so we couldn't cook anything on the non-stick pan without ruining it. The beds are nice, but have stayed in beds that are a lot more comfortable. The single-use amenities provided could use an upgrade as the soap was practically useless. I could suggest having reusable soaps for guests which are good, and save costs, as well as the environment. A couple of other notes: The light in the lounge area above the dining table didn't turn on, so we had to eat dinner in darkness. We had no reception in the cabin, so we were expecting at least free-wifi as you can get in other caravan parks. Overall, the stay was affordable and an ok place to stay overnight. The area is nice, right next to the main road and next to the gorgeous lake. You can get more bang for your buck at more luxurious stays nearby. Otherwise, the staff were super accommodating, as we had to postpone our booking, so we thank them for being so kind and understanding of our circumstances."
