"Be careful of Natasha if you make a real estate contract with this company. Whether it's a company policy or her dogmatic behavior, she becomes a robber after the rental. I paid all the money for eight months without being late, and I also handled the cleaning through the company that the real estate recomended me about. However, she claimed 200 dollars more for cleaning, saying it was cleaning company charge to us, and I talked to the cleaning company, and she said he never did. Even though I paid all and Natash sent me the recipt $0.00 left for payment but suddenly I got outstanding 60 dollars, when I visited the office and asked why I took the extra one, there was no answer, and Natasha suddenly disappeared. She was very rude and didn't even apologize once. When she lie to me she emailed me faster, but when I let her know what is true, she never reply about it. Be careful if you are Asian. I don't know how she treats people of different races. But it's racism enough for me to feel. If this head office contact to me, I can prove all what she did."
