"Extremely poor delivery service. Have had to call multiple times to follow up on a delivery. Website tracking informed that it was due on A-Date. After not receiving any calls to organise delivery I called them and was told that it was waiting at the main depot to be delivered to the depot in my area. They said it would arrive on B-Date and I would get a call from the driver on C-Date to confirm delivery. When I had no communication on C-Date I called again, only to be told once again that my item was still at the main depot and still had yet to be delivered to the depot in my area. They then advised that this would take place on D-Date and that I should call back on E-Date to follow up with and confirm that my item had indeed been delivered to my local depot. Called back on E-Date as instructed and was told that for an unknown reason my item was still sitting at the main depot. They said that they would have to conduct a floor search to locate the item and that someone would call me to confirm that the item isn’t lost. After receiving no call I contacted customer service again and this time was told that my item could have been taken to the depot in my area. They said it was possible that during the transfer between depots my item may not have been scanned which was why they were having trouble locating it, so they contacted the depot in my area to have them conduct a floor search as well. I was then advised to call back AGAIN on F-Date to check if my item had been found or not. So far this waiting process between A-Date and F-Date has taken 17 days and not only do I still not have my item, not once has someone contacted me during this experience. I will update this post with the extra waiting times as they happen. If you are waiting for a delivery and haven’t heard from this company then please give them a call as it seems that they easily forget that they are a delivery service that need to deliver items."
"They have great customer service. I had a critical delivery that had to be done before the Easter weekend and a manager personally delivered the package after hours. Great."
"Organised delivery 3 weeks in a row before Christmas and didn't turn up then late on Christmas eve told us they didn't have any trucks coming our way so the kids missed out on their Christmas present. Appalling customer service. If they had let us know with enough time to plan we would have driven to Brisbane to collect."
"The poorest service where you have to chase down for delivery. please RESPECT others TIME. 13 August 2021, 6:41 AM AEST LARAPINTA; They said will deliver to me Monday next week; 16 August 2021, waiting; 17 August 2021, Your Mainfreight delivery is now ready. Please be advised delivery will take place tomorrow; 18 August 2021, took a day off waiting until 4pm, got a call they said we will deliver it in priority tomorrow morning; 19 August 2021 took half day off waiting until 9:30am, they said will deliver it to you before noon; 19 August 2021 10:10am, they said will deliver it to you before 4pm; waiting without ending.............................. I will keep updating details."
"just deserve this for the poorest service where you have to chase down for delivery...I am ok to for late delivery but NOT to be told stories...i doubt even anyone in this company know what they are doing.. package reached on Day-1 8 AM.. fair NOT to be delivered on that day.. Day-2 Status on web its on Delivery Vehicle.. called around 10 AM to check, said to me Driver will call 1 hour before .. 4 PM, no call.. called back to know status that the Driver has forgotten to pick up .. really.. Day-3 morning 10 AM again called back and being told that Yesterday the Freight was sent wrongly to Sunshine COST.. REALLY.. when i received the Freight, its written big bold letters that Delivery is X .. so how come Driver could n't read it.. are you running with Blind Drivers... Actually you guys Deserve half Star.. but given 1.5 Star more because you guys worked out to deliver it out of time after 5 PM after many calls and chasing you down.. please RESPECT others TIME. Please don't update your website if it is NOT in the delivery vehicle.. its ok to be late but update the customer so that he can plan accordingly.. you can't just decide one fine morning, hey lets deliver this today, specially when you know that its require for the customer to be present at site to receive this... NO.."
