""I do not recommend this childcare provider at all. I had to withdraw my baby due to poor quality of care and unsatisfactory conditions. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive to the children's needs. My baby did not seem happy or comfortable there, and I had to find a different provider where my child could receive the proper care and attention they deserve."

"This centre is amazing! In a great location and the staff go above and beyond. They are so caring and really listen to any concern you have. This is the third childcare my daughter has attended and is the best one! She used to cry everyday after being dropped off but now she is asking to go. She has learnt so much in the kindergarten room, comes home everyday singing a new song and so excited to tell me about what they have learnt that day. Highly recommended!"
"Great centre with wonderful staff. From pre-enrolment to commencement families are made to feel welcome. The online enrollment is a great idea, saves time and paper. When the enrollment information and link was sent out in an email it also contained a link to their policies so they can be easily viewed and read at any time prior to enrolling so parents know what to expect . Unfortunately it would appear that some parents don't bother to read the information that is sent to them. That's not the fault of the centre or it's director. If you don't bother to read the information sent to you, don't complain later."
"So my son and daughter were meant to start today and I told Suzie that I'm keeping my son where he is and she said oh well you still might get charged as the booking was confirmed and I said okay but I told you he had to finish his two weeks where he is anyways... then she goes onto to say okay so you need to fill out this direct debit form and I said sorry I don't have my wallet so don't know my card details, so she rudely said "okay so you need to bring this back to me this afternoon" I said okay yeah I will. Then she goes on saying about an advance payment, I said I wasn't told and she rudely said "well it's in apolicies " but I was never told in person. She was just rude today but was so nice when we looked at the centre. I better not get charged for this week and next, I said she can keep the direct debit form and walked away... if I'm not going to be respected as a young mother I'm not going to be respectful myself."
