"In the time I have been collecting scripts that are 100% detrimental to my health this pharmacy have forgot to order the scripts on four occasions. Today no record of me phoning two days ago and being told to come in Friday. Lift your game. Not good enough. No need to reply to this review."

"Never have I experienced such rude unhelpful staff anywhere like here, not only do they treat you like second class they contradict themselves. They have a power trip happening and they need to treat people better, some people are going through mental health issues so I wouldn't advise anyone to go to this pharmacy. I pointed to them "out of date" stock which they took but was back on the shelf next day, I am a carer for many people so have to go pick up their medications but seriously this place should be put through training and I do believe taking your dog through the pharmacy and out the back is against the law even if you are the owner.. I'd rate them a minus 10 if I could. No one should be allowed to belittle or bully someone because you think you are of importance. Appalling behaviour which will be taken further, this treating mental health people "differently " needs to stop, sickened by what I've seen there. Mental health issues is not " funny" and this place should be ashamed, there's so many working there too and obviously no communication.. Find a different pharmacy even chemist warehouse is better."
