If any of our drivers feel unwell or suspect exposure to COVID-19, they are required to immediately stop driving, inform the General Manager ITN, and seek medical attention. We kindly ask our passengers to treat our drivers with respect and inform them if they may have been at risk of contracting the virus, so that appropriate precautions can be taken.

To protect both our drivers and passengers, we encourage traveling in the rear of vehicles whenever possible. This helps minimize the potential spread of the virus.

In addition to our transportation services, we also offer 24/7 pickup and delivery of items to your doorstep. Whether it's essential items or those little treats you've been craving, we've got you covered. Delivery within a 5-8km radius is available for a set fee of $15. For distances over 8km, pricing will be based on the metered fee, which will be quoted at the time of booking. Please note that additional fees may apply for multiple pickup points.

We are excited to announce that after more than 50 years of servicing the Illawarra, we have changed our name from Wollongong Radio Cabs to the Illawarra Taxi Network. This name change reflects our expanded geographical coverage, which now includes areas from Stanwell Tops to Dunmore. We also provide airport transfers for your convenience.
