"I wouldn’t recommend this place to come to pick up my cat. He was thinner and also stunk like smoke. I came home washed him twice still smells and and his fur was not the same it. They do not look after cats."
"We had both our cat and dog stay here over the long weekend and could not recommend this place more! They offer a shuttle service from your house to the kennel and cattery and return which is super helpful. Both came home healthy, happy and our dog came back washed too which is such a nice touch. I note some other reviews point out they never answer their phone, which is true, but they are out playing with the puppies that is why! If you leave a voicemail they always call back in a timely manner. The staff are also super helpful, friendly and professional. Will definitely have our pets stay here in the future."
