Our team, led by Sara and Nerida, brings different skill sets and approaches to ensure a comprehensive and personalized therapy experience.

Whether you are seeking to reconnect with your strengths and hope, build new skills, develop self-understanding and self-compassion, or cultivate resilience, our team is here to support you. We offer small group sessions for adults with psychosocial disabilities, as well as a special 'Experiential Self-Care' training day designed specifically for tired therapists.

One of our signature programs is the EPI Horse Wisdom Program, which harnesses the wisdom and intuition of horses to facilitate personal growth and transformation. Additionally, we provide a variety of evidence-based programs and tailor-made workshops to address specific therapeutic needs.
