"Rebecca from KUB helped us design our kitchen and she was very helpful and attentive to our needs. KUB kitchens are made to order which means that you can have custom size cabinets this can take a little longer than buying standard sizes off the shelf. The flat pack kitchen came on the specified date and the 2 guys unloaded the panels etc into my garage. I installed the kitchen my self and KUB provided an extensive installation manual. KUB organized the stone bench tops from sandman stone who were fantastic. We organized a plumber and electrician who finished the job. All panels fitted perfectly apart from 2 hinge mountings which were in the wrong position but this was a minor problem which took no time to fix. We are really happy with the finished product and can highly recommend KUB geelong."

"Initially we went with KUB because they out quoted other companies and were very accomodating and knowledgeable when it came to the design stage for our kitchen, butlers, laundry, bathroom and ensuit. However after payments had been made, the professionalism of the team dropped significantly and now unresponsive to calls or arent even in the office. When it came to installation there have been many issues. Our ceilings are all squareset which was discussed clearly, however they have installed bulkheads requiring cornices, which are yet to be fixed. Cabinet doors have not been put on straight, joins are messy and uneven, and the installation team used screws too big for the boards which have gone through the baseboard, and they have neglected to provide us with a cutlery tray specific to our custom designs. We have had the installation team out 3 times now to fix their mistakes and we are still waiting for issues to be resolved. Our kitchen was originally installed 4 months ago and we are still waiting for the finished product. Pay a little extra and get the job done correctly the first time with someone else. Kitchens are stressful enough, KUB doesn't make it any easier."

"Great to deal with very helpful and good price. Had a mate do my install who is an ex cabinet maker, he was pretty impressed by it as well. Good quality hinges quality draw system and bi-fold door runner. All fixings and everything included. Would recommend."

"Order kitchen with Marissa who I gave the specifications for the oven (I had already purchased), fridge and microwave. After the first measure I got plans which were wrong, fridge space was too small. Kitchen arrived and their installer Joe came to put it in, as soon as oven tower was constructed I questioned if it was correct as it did not look big enough and sure enough it wasn't, he at one point wanted to knock out our plaster wall to make it fit. Was very unhappy with the results and when I gave Marissa the feedback she was rude and said there was nothing wrong with it that she was the expert (very very questionable). Eventually contacted her supervisor and after some back and forth had the oven tower redone. Installer Joe came again to fit and when he stepped out to get something my husband checked the oven space only to find it was wrong. When he pointed it out to Joe on his return, his response was that the measuring tapes were different. I'M NOT JOKING NEITHER WAS HE. Whole experience was a nightmare, these people don't like it when you point out that something doesn't look right, don't like to be told they did it wrong and give you a bunch of excuses and don't take responsibility for their mistakes. Worst of all was Marissa and Joe never apologised instead they were rude and abrupt and we unfortunately had to deal with Joe coming into our home and making us feel uncomfortable. Glad to see the end of it and will never ever go to these guys again or recommend anyone."
