Emails go unresponded, calls go unreturned and no transparency of information between their intentions and plans to what is transpired and ‘arranged’ between his beneficiaries. Happens on their terms and in their time, nothing is disclosed or discussed properly. Deplorable service. Has shown our family that they simply do not care and it’s all about money for them as opposed to the client and any ounce of care. I hope I never have to lose a dear family member anytime soon let alone deal with this organisation again!"
