"Needed to get a quote on timber for a DIY job, Handed over my list and the girl on the desk asked lots of good questions to clarify what I wanted etc. Didn't take long to plow through my list. "Email that to you?" no thanks, just tell me the $$. The price was good, so I ordered, I hope I got all the measurements right :) The delivery guy rang to clarify where were are and gave me a time frame for delivery, he was on time. Very helpful, helped with the offloading and even cleaned up his rubbish and took it with him, nice! Good service all round! :)"
