"My Kitchenaid went in for a warranty job - after I was made to feel like a dumb female as I had yet to contact Kitchenaid regarding my mixer issue which I did after having dropped said mixer off to the business. On the morning that I collected my mixer, I noticed that there was a very visable scratch on it which wasn't there when I took it in. Really feel uncomfortable about coming in with my other mixer for a very overdue service but as it's the only place that will service Kitchenaids, I will be going there. The service department men really should treat women with respect, not making us feel like dumb women...."

The person I spoke to on the phone to organise a part was rude and arrogant and personally shouldn't be working there with the level of disrespect for customers. The only upside is the guy that came to install the part really amazing service. So I think the management should really fine tune the phone eddicate of the employees so that no one else goes through the same experience."
