At YMCA Springfield Lakes Community Centre, we offer a diverse range of activities and events that cater to various interests and age groups. From child care programs to fitness classes, gymnastics, camping, vacation care, and learn to swim sessions, there is something for everyone. We believe in fostering a sense of community and engagement, and our centre is the perfect place to get involved and contribute.

In addition to our ongoing programs, we also provide a Free Internet Café, open on weekdays during office hours. Whether you need access to desktops, WiFi, or printing services, our café has got you covered at a minimal cost of just 10c per sheet. Furthermore, our centre hosts a Community Café staffed by dedicated volunteers, offering a warm and welcoming environment to socialize and enjoy delicious refreshments.

If you are in need of a venue for your next event, meeting, or consultation, our thriving space is available for hire. With 12 rooms to choose from, including our spacious conference room that can comfortably accommodate up to 100 people, we have the perfect setting for a variety of occasions. All our rooms are wheelchair accessible, air-conditioned, and equipped with essential amenities such as a kitchen, medical room, onsite parking, parents' room, chairs, tables, whiteboards, wall cabinets, and a lectern.

We pride ourselves on being a welcoming and inclusive space for all residents of Springfield Lakes and beyond. We understand that difficult times can arise, and we are here to offer help and support to those in need. In fact, in late 2020, our centre became the primary location for individuals who lost their homes in a severe hailstorm, providing them with a safe and supportive environment to rebuild their lives.

Volunteering is another fantastic way to get connected and contribute to our community. We offer opportunities for individuals to volunteer and make a difference. With a short induction and the necessary volunteers blue card, we will help you find a role and commitment level that suits you best.

As we operate on the lands of the Traditional Owners, we acknowledge and pay our respects to the Elders, both past and present. We value the rich history and culture of the land we work upon.
