"It’s such a shame to compare Poco when they first opened back in 2019 to today. Their customer service was excellent in the early days, but lately it seems that unless you're part of their regular clientelle/clique you're a burden. Originally the owners tried to get to know new customers, learned their names, etc but now they come across as unapproachable and almost elitist. The owners are appeared moody and, sometimes, flat out rude. Not only that but the wait time for coffee is far too long. Several of my friends feel the same - again it’s such a shame because the coffee is consistently good, and the junior staff try to be friendly at least. But I know several people who won’t go back to this place. Going to a coffee shop is meant to be a pleasant experience. A little break from the stresses of the day. But it feels like the last few times I've been here it's only added to my stress by the unwelcoming, rude and poor customer service provided by the owners themselves."

"When I choose to go cafe, I roughly read most of reviews and decide, not just only checking many 5 stars nor great compliments but also careful thoughts, opinion and experiences. One thing I was worried was customer service before getting there as there are quite fair bit of comments about their poor customer service. But it turned out they were doing their work, not extremely friendly but they knew what to do. It was OK. Liked the venue, don't know history side much about his venue, but the venue contains historical aspects by the building itself. Coffee wasn't burnt, which was good because I was worried, again, by reading the other reviews. My chocolate croissant, however, cannot tell the best or great as the crispy texture was gone but slightly soggy. But averagely OK for total things, coffee/customer service/ perhaps a little bit of soggy croissant/ cute venue"
