"I shopped at Balgownie Liquorland on Saturday and was given great service by Damien. As I walked into the store I was greeted and asked if I needed any assistance. He helped me find what I was looking for made some recommendations, nothing was too much trouble. Congratulations Liquorland on employing such a professional employee. He is a credit to your company."
"A friend and myself drove up Balgownie Liquorland last night. We park at the front doors of the shop. Next to us was a white lady in a car Mark professionals realestate she walked in before me. I went in and purchased some white wine, this lady was in front of me at the check out. I have been going to this place for over 6 years just for the record. The man gave her stuff then she left. I walked two the counter after her and placed my wine on the Counter. I was the only black guy in the store. He didn't ask the white lady for ID but he did ask me I was very hurt and upset but I gave it two him then left. The next day I called up and asked for the manager. To my knowledge the manager was very insensitive. He even hung up the phone. So I called back again. I decided two seek legal action against him. I explained two the manager that if he didn't speak to this man this mite happen agait. And another customer would only call him and be upset just like me. I was racially profiled. It was despicable and embarrassing totally uncalled for. The manager did not seem to care."
