"Got served today by Alexis, this is not the first time I've had to put up with her. But was my only option as no other registers were open, she is a very unpleasant person, very pushy demeanour and just not friendly and welcoming. I avoid her usually but had no choice, my husband was with me today as I have a broken foot and I'm using crutches, he was extremely agitated by her and felt like his brains had been completely scrambled by her service, he has not had the un pleasure of been served by her before. You would be doing yourself a favour by giving her some training or put her out the back dock where customer aren't. Will be demanding someone else to serve me next time if she's on."
"On Monday my transaction was not processed by the self serve. I waited with my son for 20 minutes while the transaction did not complete. I was assured by the manager on Alexis that the transaction had not been processed. I then had my groceries reprocessed at another till. Alexis told me to bring my bank statement in on Wednesday if I was charged twice. I work 7 days and said I would have to send my wife. She said it was fine and would put it in the communication book. I sent my wife in today with my bank statement. Alexis was not there. The manager looked at my bank statement and said the at the item was pending. It clearly isn’t as the transactions above are pending. She sent my wife away saying “don’t worry you will get your money.” Very poor service. A lot of inconvenience for a IT glitch."
