My health fund is AHM and when I scan the membership card they never ask me to pay a gap payment so what the health fund gives them must be enough. I usually have a clean, and checkup done. So I do not what they charge for what is not covered. The staff are all nice and they always ring and remind us when our appointment is. We going every 6 months."
"My husband an appointment for a teeth cleaning today. For his first appointment with Kate, he had to leave before she could see him, due to her appointments running late. Kate called him and explained the situation and made space for him again within a few days. Kate was both professional and skilled. She took her time to explain the procedures and waived the charge for my husband`s visit. She couldn’t have been more accommodating. Nick was his dentist for 15 years and my husband thought highly of him. Kate fits into the same category. Overall, while the first appointment wasn`t to plan, he is now very happy to recommend Kate."
