Reviews
"It is located in a food court in Corio Village and the service can be 50/50, but the food is great and is one of the better North Indian places in Geelong, so I definitely recommend giving it a try! The naan is made with a tandoor oven and their butter chicken is the standout for sure (I’m not actually huge on butter chicken but love it here!)."
"Greasy, disappointing slop. First time getting it and won’t be going back. Heard great reviews about this place and was severely disappointed. The Garlic & Cheese Naan bread was far too oily and the cheese tasted like home-brand tasty cheese slices. The sauce on the Butter Chicken tasted exactly like Heinz Tomato Soup and was thin and sloppy. The Lamb Korma Curry was about the same. The Coconut Rice was extremely lacking in the flavour department - no sweetness about it at all. The Saffron Rice was average. The only reason I’m even giving one star is because they gave us 15% off, free Papadums and 2 x extra Naan. Still came to $65. Apparently dining in is key here and there are different chefs for when you order takeaway? Don’t understand why. Two very disappointed customers tonight. Will be going back to Khan Curry Hut in Geelong from now on."
"It was one of the loveliest Indian restaurants I’ve been to! So delicious and the owner was just too kind! The food portion was certainly enough for two and we had to takeaway some leftover naans as they were so yummy we couldn’t leave them behind. The restaurant locates in a food court but it has brilliant seats and tables inside and with accommodating table services so you don’t have to carry your own plates around looking for chairs. All you have to do is just sit there waiting while watching football on the tv screen! I’m not an Indian so I can’t say if it’s really traditional. But I can say it’s really really worth a visit if you’re around the area!"
