"Went looking for a part and no one had it. I was discouraged but stopped in on a capricious decision as I was passing by the store on Corrimal St. A "young lad" named Kevin helped me and I was sure he would simply tell me to go somewhere else. He would not give up and started looking through boxes and down in the corner of the parts multiverse he suddenly conjurs the small locking arm for the canopy locks. I am astounded. "See if this fits the shaft", he says as hehands me the golden key to the kingdom.... well, not actually gold, but I tactically approach the canopy and when the arm slides perfectly into place I realise I am on a good roll. I think "Maybe he could throw in a winning lottery ticket to help out the finances at the same time" but he forgets to hand it to me and I am so elated that I forget too. I make it out of the parking lot and down the road when I think... "bummer, I forgot the winning numbers". Oh well, next time. I was impressed at the store and both Kevin and Rachael (spelling?) were fantastic to meet. It doesn't matter what you need, they will help you get it. I was impressed."
