Moving to the middle level of Humber, you will discover our glamorous and inviting cocktail bar and lounge. This sophisticated space is adorned with vibrant colors, exuding character and charm. The art deco-inspired design is enhanced by a stunning brass bar and a magnificent chandelier, creating an atmosphere that is both elegant and inviting. It's the ideal setting to get cozy with friends or loved ones while savoring our seasonal cocktail menu and delectable tapas plates.
At Humber, we strive to provide an exceptional experience for our patrons. That's why we offer extended opening hours from Wednesday to Sunday, ensuring that you can enjoy our offerings late into the evening. On Wednesdays to Fridays, we open at 3pm and close late, while on Saturdays, we open at 12pm and continue the festivities into the night. On Sundays, we welcome you from 2:30pm until late, allowing you to make the most of your weekend.

"We were on our way to jervis bay and was looking for a place that was open on Easter Sunday. Glad this place was open and the reviews were great so we tried. I must say that I was impressed by how cozy it was. The coffee selection were good. What i liked about it was that you could choose what you wanted to put in your plate. The service was great. The staff were nice and they were very welcoming. The price was just right although you can cook and prepare the same meals at home. I definitely recommend this place. I will definitely be back again to this place if I get the chance."
