"Twice I have been to this place and have waited far too long in line with only 4 people in front of me. It's like the staff have no qlue what they are doing on the computer system. It's a shame I liked there products but I put the stuff back and walked out."
"The shop is a mess. The clothing arrangement is a mess. They never answer their phone. There is no room to walk. The staff are unhelpful. It's loud and crowded. Out of the whole shopping centre this one is the one I avoid the most. The store would get more sales if it was even inviting enough to step foot in the shop."
"Very disappointing, addressing this to one girl which was standing at the counter as I was waiting in line to be served the girl worker was wasting time and completely ignored us. 10 mins in, she walked up to the counter opposite us and yelled next looking at another customer who was standing behind us. I mentioned we were waiting here for 10 mins. She replied VERY RUDELY "you were standing at the closed register" (Oh and there was no sign of "closed register") The lack of communication is disappointing, and the attitude the worker has was extremely bad. To be honest, this was the worst service I've experienced in city Beach"
"Extremely cluttered Store. Merchandised very poorly and stock all over the floor. Customer service by far the worst in the centre. You are lucky to find someone to assist you on the floor and when there is a line at the register no one ever comes to help."
"Went to get School shoes for my son, they had shoes advertised 2 pairs for $80 or $49 each. They couldn't supply 2 pairs so I asked for a discount to make the difference as I felt it is false advertising. The Manager came out and said quite bluntly that there was nothing he could do and walked away. I took my business to another shoe shop and actually found a better deal. Won't be giving my hard earned back to this store in future."
