"Rude and unhelpful staff, made an online purchase and there was literally a hole in it without me ever even trying it on. I tried to take it back instore and the lady working in store said "mm not sure if i can do anything" so i said is there a way you can find out if youre not sure, and she proceeded to tell me she will call a manager. Then just didnt? And just stood there doing literally nothing. Poor quality clothing unfortunately, and poor customer service too."
