"Went for what I thought would be a nice family dinner. We ordered an entree which was a garlic con loaf only to have it doughy and undercooked. My mother in law ordered the aracini balls they were like cement and could barely cut through the outside. My father in law ordered a chicken supreme and it was salty and the chicken drumstick was undercooked and there was still blood on it. We told one of the wait staff and her response was there was blood in the bone and walked away. My husband ordered a chicken burger and he said it was the mist disgusting thing he had to eat. I had the cutlets and the chips came with half a thing of salt on them. ME AND MY FAMILY WILL NOT BE GOING BACK HERE AGAIN. The staff are walking around like they don't want to be there. The staff member that my father in law showed the chicken to just brushed us off and offered no compensation."

"We used to come here when on holiday every few months but this time will be the last. The quality of the food has gone downhill and they ran out of two things that our group ordered. Unfortunately, we were only advised of them running out of the first order 30min after we had ordered and some of the food had already arrived. They then retook the second order for those outstanding meals only to come back 20min later to say they had run out of those items too. The staff were rude and unhelpful. Such a shame as we enjoyed coming here."
