Reviews
"There was a mix up with our order but the wait was well worth it. The pho was to die for. Was beautiful. Loved it and will definitely be going back. Atmosphere was great as every customer was happy and saying thank you on their way out."
"Customer service lady serving with a smile. The front said cash only but actually accepts card too. When I first read other reviews, the pho is either 5 or 1 star. I'll rate it 5 because it is fresh, good portion, and tasty! I thought the iced coffee came with a biscuit, but it did not; but it was nice and sweet. The fried rice tastes nice too. The toilet is clean but a bit smelly. They have an air freshener there."
"I would rate 0 star if I could!! The beef balls taste sour and some of the beef obviously turned bad which smell disgusting.. the broth somehow taste sour as well! I have told the lady that the food has turned bad and she offered to cook me a new one. However, the beef/beef balls still taste sour and smell weird…. The bun cha tasted bad too. Super dry pork skewers with weird taste. Will NEVER return."
"This lovely place went beyond my expectations! The pho is very authentic, everything is fresh. The lady is very kind and asked if I want water as I was coughing. It’s definitely a must try if you are visiting Newcastle."
"The first time we have been here and will definitely return. The pho is very fresh and tasty, good clean aromatic flavours. Rice paper rolls also very good and appear to have been freshly made on order."
