"Never buy from here again. After 45 fish and only 6 survive, after 2 days. Started dying within minutes. Had my water tested from 3 different places and not a problem. When I was there telling them what had happened, there were guppies doing the exact same thing. Swimming in tight, fast circles and hitting the glass or gravel. Still tried telling me it was my tank. Funny how my tank is interfering with the fish in their tanks. If I could, I would give no stars."

"I cannot complain about the service or expertise whatsoever. The entire team have helped us with advice from fish co-operation, plant choices, chemicals and care. All the staff are super knowledgable and actually sound enthusiastic about their job and seem to love what they do. These guys are always the first we go to for advice and have helped us for many weeks making sure our new tank is doing the best it can and that our fishies are healthy and happy. 10/10 would recommend."
