"Have had trouble trying to get back into running for about 10 years. I had done a lot of strength exercises but continued to strain muscles. I had one session with Simon who systematically put me through a couple of test. He identified the main problem and gave me a practical solution. He gave me a program and suggested I start running 5 km a session. I nearly fell of the chair in disbelief as I struggled to get past 3km. Having been going well now for about 6 weeks and improving each session."
