"Rang for a call out to replace battery in our car. Was advised they were too busy to travel 20 minutes to service our area, as they can do another 3 vehicles within that time and told me to go to a service station. I was not after an immediate replacement and totally flexible on when a visit could take place, however did not even get to discuss that as they simply were not interested in the job. Stellar experience that I will be sure to pass on to my fleet company."

"Possibly the worst customer service I have ever had! I was stupid enough to leave my lights on. Looked for the local guys to support local business. Called Marshall at 4 was told the tech would be there in 45. Being the patient person I am and knowing how long these things usually take I wait an extra 30 minutes before I called. I believe it was the owner/manager himself picked up the phone said he couldn't contact the tech and he was 10 minutes away. Didn't bother to call me and let me know he was running late obviously. Then he proceeded to tell me he has a new battery for me and doesn't have any jumper leads in his van. Need I really say any more? After I stated the battery was 3 years old and doesn't need to be replaced he said "I cant help you" hung up."
