"Before I start I would like to state that I do not have any kind of hearing impairment and have multiple tests to back this up. This audiologist claimed I was "borderline needing a hearing aid" after the audiogram test was done which was not done in a sound proof booth but sitting next to him at his desk..... I could hear the traffic going past and him breathing while doing the test, he then proceeded to give me a speech test which I did not ask for. Next was the speech about why I should make a claim against one of my previous employers (It didn't matter which one) and how the current government has made it hard for him to make a living because he can't make claims like he used to. To top this off he charged me around 3 times what I have paid at other audiologists. If you want an unprofessional, overpriced test with false results then head over to these guys."
"The audiologist's office cancelled my first appointment on the day of the appointment, claiming that their equipment had been stolen. They did not make a record of the appointment they rebooked, and the office was closed when I arrived for my rebooked appointment. I called his secretary, who arranged for the audiologist to come. When he eventually arrived, he was more interested in telling me about his political views and his income than in providing service. I found his demeanour extremely unprofessional. I would strongly recommend using a different audiologist."
