They wouldn’t refund me for a half eaten burger and half eaten fries despite ruining my meal. Their restaurant Manager Jess replied to me by just saying: “I’m sorry you did not have a good experience at our store and I do appreciate the feedback” No response to my issue or the poor quality of food served twice or offer to make the situation right."
