"Thank you Oz Tukka for wonderful eco Christmas Bon Bon’s, I won a Wattle Seed spice bag and tonight used it to cook up a delicious creamy bacon pasta. 10/10"
"Oz Tukka has an incredible range of Australian native bush foods and plants."
"WOW - I can't believe how many amazing flavours and medicinal bush foods Australia has. Our Indigenous people have a wealth of knowledge and skills that are not fully tapped into, thankyou Linda Dipper and Ray Koshel from Oz Tukka for introducing me to your beautiful stock and flavours along with the history and info lessons. The only sad thing is when you visit restaurants and the little things like salt's and peppers aren't from Australia. Come on Australia, help support a local family business and our traditional owners of this land to promote OUR OWN natural foods."
"Love there products!!!! Every time I visit Oz Tukka, I learn something new about Australian bush food. Linda and Ray's knowledge and respect of bush food and Aboriginal culture is something to be commended!!"
"How good is this? Being able to buy traditional bush tucker ingredients locally! I am a 68 years old Gomeroi Murri yinnah (Aboriginal woman from the northwest of NSW) and live in Lake Macquarie, NSW. The fullas at Oz Tukka are so helpful and like a good yarn, talking about all the possible uses of their products from health to cooking. Now they’ve got plants as well! So far, I have made the muffins and love the lemon myrtle. I’ve also made the Banana and Wattle Seed Cake and the Tasmanian Choc Mud Cake that has Tasmanian pepper berries in it. What a flavour! They respect and acknowledge my culture, sourcing their ingredients from different Aboriginal peoples across Australia. I have found out that they support and supply many Indigenous restaurants. I can’t talk this mob up enough. This week is NAIDOC and I am busy cooking up for my local Aboriginal Land Council Elders’ morning tea and for the students at uni. The pandemic has hit lots of small businesses very hard. I hope these guys keep going. The supermarkets might sell similar ingredients, but how do you know that our mob are treated as respectfully (especially financially) as Oz Tukka does? Keep up the good work."
