"FIRSTLY. AVOID THESE GUYS IF AT ALL POSSIBLE. Took 40 days to diagnose high pressure fuel pump whilst I had no car. Wasn't offered a loan car. Charged $1000 to come to this conclusion, that's about one hour a week working on the diagnosis so the rest of the time the car sat in the lot as was finished on about the 9th January. $2000 parts, labor and GST (ok, wasn't expecting Skoda to be cheap). And to be fair they did shut for Xmas and NY. In order to fix the car had to take wipers off, in putting them back on cracked the windscreen so had to wait days extra for new windscreen and fitting. Collected car but they hadn't cleaned it, offered to do it then but by this time I was over them so said don't worry. Few days later went to use screen washer and guess what? Wipers hadn't been reattached. Generally didn't return calls when they said they would. Called Skoda. They said bring it in, I'm like not on your life, you can come to my place. We'll wait and see if they turn up before I leave for work at 1pm which I advised them. Not only would I not recommend these guys I'd actively encourage you to go somewhere else in Newcastle that specialises in Euro cars, plenty of other places get better Google reviews."

"These people took 10 months to replace a part under warranty and that was only in response (immediate ) to a solicitor’s letter. Then they tried to deny the part was under warranty and told me I had to pay for it. Even though they had not paid Skoda for it. They were clearly trying to defraud me. Again, with legal assistance they replaced the part and I didn’t pay. To finish things off they would not give me a receipt/proof of transaction until I gave them them a historical invoice from another repairer. This was just blackmail. Out of bloody minded spite they would not give me a receipt. I’m now back talking to lawyer and Fair Trading trying to extract a proof of transaction from them. Do not use these people, they are villains. In fact do not buy an Audi or Skoda in Newcastle in the even that you have to use Skoda Service for a part replacement or for anything at all."

"I had my 2014 Skoda Octavia serviced here in March as Audi and Skoda both share the servicing centre here (receipt is addressed to Audi Centre Newcastle). I thoroughly encourage anybody considering to service their car to take it somewhere else. My experience with this service centre has destroyed my faith in Skoda/Audi brands and it's now been made clear that they have not performed any service here - they simply took my money, printed out what "they did" on the service receipt and handed it back. Within 2 months of having my car "serviced" here, my engine has no more oil (supposedly replenished by the service centre) , I have run out of coolant (supposedly replenished by the service centre) and my sunroof leak into my footwells (sunroof was supposedly cleaned by the service centre, mud and debris build up causes leakages - obviously not done!) and last but not least, they did not even put on the bottom of my car back on correctly once they completed the "service". If there is one upside, they at least did not charge to put it back on correctly when I took it back. If you want a proper service done, avoid them at all costs."

"Have had good service here in the past, for routine servicing. But when I wanted a quote for supply and fit a tow bar for my Skoda Yeti, they promised to get someone to ring me back. That was 2 weeks ago, no call. Obviously they don’t want my money! Disappointing! Phil"

"It was good, the people are friendly, and the service was good. The only negative feed back I have is that, they don't offer replacement cars for people that have international license, which is ridiculous, and because of that I had my whole plans for the day spoilt. 5 stars with they team can improve on this!"
