"The only reason they get one star from me is because of one certain doctor, who I won't name publicly cause it seems like he would probably sue me. The first time I had a consult he was nothing but a gentlemen. The second time I was half way through explaining that my Arthritis is making my joints seize up, and he says "you won't get any help from me, maybe go back too your old doctor, hmm?". I won't discourage people from going, but just a hint, the doctor closest too the main entrance is probably a doctor you wanna skip.the receptionists were nothing but nice too me, and I can't comment on the other doctors."
"My mother had acupuncture done, her doctor left her with the needles still in, went home and my mum was left in the centre unattended they were just about to lock up the centre, luckily enough a nurse was still there. This is absolutely disgusting behaviour very unprofessional and unacceptable my mum had to removed her own acupuncture"
"Had an appointment for 2.15pm and was still waiting one & half hours later. I asked the receptionist a couple of times how long to get to see the doctor and she just said awhile longer, why can't they say there is so many people before me so I know what is happening. Also I noticed a few people came through the front door after me and went in before me. I ended up leaving in discuss. Lack of communication and help, never had to wait this long every before."
