"Absolutely useless, if i see an online site is using fedex i will think twice before buying again, i left my slip out the front of my house and asked for it to be left at the front door the 2nd time and they still came and took it back to the warehouse Also the warehouse is an absolute pain, i ordered online to have it delivered for a reason Their call centre is horrible too goodluck getting a straight answer out of them Aus post muchhh better"
"This review is 100% for the two drivers I deal with: Mark and Rick. Mark is my regular driver and he is superb. Cannot be more helpful and has ironed out a tonne of stuff-ups caused by incompetent customer service. Rick? Well he went above and beyond in picking up two pallets that the same customer service person had told me he had cancelled because they were not assigned to a driver and they were incorrectly booked. That bad information from “Kieth” led to a very long, angry phone call and with me being abjectly disgusted with the way the company is run. And just when it looked like all had failed tge driver turned up, scanned the items, and they were still in the system, helped me correct an issue, loaded and got it all happening. Seriously, these drivers are amazing. TNt/Fedex customer service is ridiculous. Seriously needs a massive overhaul as they give misinformation and create bigger issues for their drivers."
"A total disgrace. After being on hold for more the 45mins which I hung up after I arrived at Carrington warehouse. Newcastle today after my son received a call that he had a parcel to collect. On arrival at the warehouse, i explained to the young fellow, he asked for a consignment number, i explained we dont have one, as we received a call saying we had a parcel to collect, he was not helpful at all & not prepared to help without a consignment note. He stated the computer would not know anything without a consignment number. he was unable to use the company name or anything to find the parcel. As I have no idea where is came from so am unable to get a consignment number. But the young fellow was totally not going out of his way to help anyone. A shocking place to deal with."
"I could not get to the door to sign and was left a card to arrange a re delivery or to leave without a signature. The delivery con note number wont be accepted on the site so no can do. That was wed. Have now been told i will have a redelivery freekin monday because that suits the courier? I have had a double knee replacement and can hardly walk and they expect me to get to the door quick enough. Bad servive and wont go out of the way to deliver. Thought FedEx were to fix TNT. NOT SO!"
"Got a text saying my parcel was out for delivery. Waited patiently by the door then received another text one hour after the initial message saying that I have missed the delivery. Like for real? My whole family was at home and cars were parked in the driveway. A delivery card was left stating that my parcel would be return to the depot without giving any reasons to the missed delivery. Someone clearly wanted the penalty pay rate on a Saturday but too lazy to put in the actual effort."
