Reviews
"If I could give a no star rating.. I would. This has been the worst apartment I have ever stayed in. It was unhygienic and unsafe to be honest. There were cockroaches all over kitchen benches, smoke alarms were pulled down with batteries removed, hair in the drain holes and just all round didn’t look like it had been swept since being built. The worst $800 I have ever spent. The management were so rude and very unprofessional. I cant believe they are still in business. Do yourself a favour and never stay at this apartment complex."
"Very bad experience. Stayed here when they were new and were lovely. Now there is mould on the ceiling and water dripping out the air conditioning units, on to bed. The units should not be rented with mould."
"Premises are good, apartment is new but cleanliness was shocking. Upon arrival I had to re clean after the cleaners. There was urine under the seat, hair in the fridge, food on the ceiling, food in the microwave. Crumbs under the table. I could keep going but I won't. I'm very disappointed that these people get paid not to do their job properly, it must be nice. Also people were fighting in the middle of the night and some had a barking Dog on premises too."
"I have tried posting pics unsuccessfully. DONT BOOK Unit 8/1 was in fusgusting condition. Cleaners had to be RE sent. Slept poorly wondering how dirty the linen and bed cover was. The Manager Tony has had many complaints...they manage 5 or so complexes very poorly, if you read the reviews. But no lessons learned...they just dont care. Never again."
"Property was nice, but the stay dulled by the highly unintelligent man who man's the out of hours phone. If I could give him one tip, it would be to learn a bit of common sense. Very frustrating to arrive at the unit at 8:30pm at night with 3 tired children, only to find the front gate locked. Called to ask to have it unlocked, only to be screamed at by that halfwit that the gate is unlocked. Unsure why he would think I'd waste my time calling to have a gate (that's clearly locked) unlocked, but I would highly suggest you remove that man from answering telephone calls as he clearly doesn't have the intelligence to answer a simple question. Definately won't be staying again."
