"Do not under any circumstances stay at any apartment with Newcastle Executive Apartments. We booked an apartment 6 months ahead and arrived to check in to see that they had moved us to another location and given the room to someone else. The apartment was putrid and insect infested. Sheets were so stained that we had to strip beds and sleep on towels. See photo. They do not answer the phone or emails to discuss."
