Take my advice and never go near Euromaid - their products are defective and they won't answer emails or phone calls to pursue warranty. "My washing machine stopped working after a year of using. Even so we had warranty for 2 years. So the technician came, ordered the parts (2) and the amazing customer service didn't reply for 3 weeks. I had to call them every day the forth week to push them but nobody seemed to care. And instead of say sorry and just replace the damn thing they eventually ''found'' the spare parts...after a month of hand washing our clothes! Respect guys! You saved some money for the company!"
