"I haven’t owned a bike for over ten years, and I recently decided it was time to get back on a bike. I’m a bit of a novice when it comes to bikes, so I asked a few colleagues and friends where I should start looking, and Trek Bennetts Green was on the list. When I went into the store, Ken come up to me and offered to assist. I explained what I was looking for in a bike and my budget. He provided me with a understanding of what type of bikes I should look at, and narrowed down a few options. He took me out to the car park to test out a few different bikes and to find the correct sizing. After testing a few bikes I was still a little unsure, so I decided to go away and think about my options. The following day I spoke with my colleagues and friends about the recommendations Ken made, and they all backed up what he said. This gave me an extra bit of reassurance I needed to make a purchase.
