"This is private contractor and not legit Australia Post Office. It's owned by tricky Indian/Bangladesh folks, who treat customers with utmost disrespect and arrogance. Interrupting customers as they speak. Looking at customers with condescending attitude and ripping them off. Customer service and attitude is very low. Avoid this post office at all cost and go to Jesmond instead if you want to be treated with respect."
