"It's extremely rare I write a negative Google review. I only do so when the recipient has gone WELL below accepted bad standards. That means, they've not just made a single mistake. They've made an entire sequence of mistakes, given out provably false information or ignored demonstrable facts. I had an older generation iPhone with a broken screen I needed working in a hurry. I decided to try their on-the-spot repair facility. They got the phone up and working quickly. On this point they deserve credit. However, the screen failed after just 2 days to the extent the phone was entirely unusable. The screen brightness dropped by more than %50, the LCD developed hysteresis, there were 2 noted hotspots and the rate of power consumption went through the roof. To use the phone you need to stay in a dark room while it was permanently connected to a lightening lead. I returned the phone and they insisted they needed to update the iOS. Fine. They did so, and when I got it home determined it still didn't work (as expected). When ringing to report this - they simply weren't interested. They gave me totally undiscernible logic and a bunch of facts anyone could easily prove were false. I might have gone along with it if I hadn't been IT Manager for a London ISP, running a team managing and repairing hundreds of the exact same model. Needing the phone operating - I fixed it myself. But not before demonstrating the failed screen they supplied didn't work on 6 other decommissioned phones. In reverse, every other screen I had (including a recent replacement) worked perfectly in the phone I brought in for repair. The only screen I now have on the iPhone SE model which is unusable was the one provided by Swansea Mobile Phone Repairs. After going back and demonstrating their screen was undeniably defective and unusable ... they simply weren't interested."
